This Privacy Policy describes how Quantumize AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use Argo (the "Application").

Operating out of Quebec and Canada, we are committed to compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

1Information We Collect

We collect information to provide functionality, security, and improvements to Argo:

  • Account Information: Your name, business email address, and login credentials.
  • Third-Party Integration Data: When you connect Argo to external 3rd party systems, we access and process the specific internal company data required to perform the Application's functions.
  • Payment Information: Financial transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to track user behavior, navigation paths, and feature engagement.

2Use of Artificial Intelligence

Argo utilizes the Gemini generative AI model to process data and generate content.

Data sent to AI models is used solely for generating your specific output.

Your internal company data is not used to train public or foundational AI models without your explicit, separate consent.


3Cookies and Tracking

Consistent with Quebec’s "Privacy by Default" regulations:

  • Non-essential cookies (tracking/analytics) are deactivated by default.
  • We only activate tracking cookies if you provide explicit consent via our cookie consent banner.
  • You may withdraw your consent for tracking at any time through your account settings.

4Data Storage and Hosting

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). While we strive to keep data within Canadian jurisdictions where possible, your information may be processed in other regions. We ensure that all service providers maintain security standards equivalent to Canadian requirements through rigorous data processing agreements.


5Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third parties (like Stripe or GCP) as necessary to provide our service, or when required by law to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.


6Your Rights

Under Canadian and Quebec law, you have the right to:

Request deletion / de-indexing
Request data portability
